Applications can be made at any JPJ Offices and e-Services kiosk.
CDL Application Requirements:
Apply within 7 days prior to the expiration of provisional period
Application period is one (1) year from the PDL expiry date
The owner is not blacklisted
Driving license can be applied for a period of 1 to 5 years
Documents Required:
Original MyKad/passport of applicants or copies if the transaction is done by representatives
Original identification of representatives
1 color photo (white background) with dimension of 25 mm x 32 mm (optional)
Hold a valid passport (For foreigners)
Fee of RM20.00 for Class B2, B & C (RM2.00 for Class A/A1)
Fee of RM30.00 for Class D & above
